Last Sunday, I was invited by TravelBook.ph, the leading local hotel booking website in the Philippines, in their event where they partnered with LazerXtreme.

I was excited because of two things:

1. It was my first time to attend a travel-related event.
2. I've always wanted to try lazer tag ever since I started watching How I Met Your Mother (if you watch HIMYM, you'll know why).

The event started at around 2pm at LazerXtreme, Market! Market! Mall. Mr. Jude, the Branch Manager of LazerXtreme, shared more about the company and Lazer Tag. Did you know that you can invite them to your party and you can play Lazer Tag in your very own home? That would be so much fun! Then, Pinky Librada talked about TravelBook.ph while Pia Bernaldo discussed about the Blogger Affiliate Program.

We usually travel to go on vacation and forget about all the things that stress us. Ironically, planning for our much awaited trip and booking a hotel leave us feeling stressed. There are so many places to choose from and sometimes, we just don't have the luxury of time to meticulously go through all hotels. Thank goodness there's TravelBook.ph, one of the biggest online travel e-commerce company in the country with a total of 3,000 affordable hotels which you can conveniently book in just one site.

What I learned during the event is that they offer various payment options:

• Credit card
• Over the counter: banks, 7 eleven, department stores, and payment centers
• Pay at hotel

I love how they have different payment options because let's face it, not everyone has their own credit card which can be a hassle when booking online.

Aside from that, they offer reward points where we can automatically earn back 5% of the total amount we spend as reward points. We can use our reward points for future bookings. One point is equivalent to Php1!

TravelBook.ph also has a 24/7 support which can assist customers anytime. You may reach them through the following:

Right after the discussion, we were grouped into 4 or 5 people per team. Since TravelBook.ph partnered with LazerXtreme for the event, we also got the chance to experience Laser Tag! I belonged to Team Pink where we ended up winning 2nd place. Not bad!

LazerXtreme is a Laser Tag center in the Philippines founded by Mr. Beck, Mr. Jojo Claudio, Mr. Jun Tiu, and Mr. Pierre Delatre, making them one of the leaders in the sci-fi entertainment in the country. They are the only member of the International Laser Tag Association (ILTA) in the Philippines which is definitely a plus.

The first center was built in Market! Market! Mall, Bonifacio Global City and will soon open another branch in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City which will house a bigger arena and activity space. It also boasts the Lazer Maze, the only one of its kind in the Philippines. How exciting! It's definitely a great entertainment for all ages. Yup, it's fun even for all the #TitasOfManila! I know I did!

I haven't blogged for quite a few weeks now. Oops. To make up for the hiatus, here's a rundown of what has been going on with my life for the past few days.

Trip to Cebu

I went there together with Cielo and Achi Rubi for a financial talk. Thank you Lord for the opportunity! The trip was all about sharing financial planning and His word, eating (hello lechon!), spending time with our Cebu partners, and glorifying Him. Many thanks to Cielo and Achi Rubi! :)

If you guys didn't know, I'm a Licensed Financial Adviser. It's our advocacy to reach out to as many Filipinos as we can to educate them about financial planning. Hence, we conduct one-on-one financial consultations and financial talks for companies at no cost. If you guys are interested to know more about financial planning, feel free to send me a message!

Anje's Birthday at 19East

It's been awhile since I last saw them so I'm happy that I got to spend time with them. Plus, I discovered new singers. Haha

Branch Christmas Party

The theme of our party was Disney so me and Heidi dressed up as...

Dory and Nemo. Such a fail because not everyone figured out who we were. Actually, majority didn't figure it out. They thought we were birds *tears* sayang effort, guys hahaha! Just kidding.

Life Ministries Christmas Party

We celebrated our FIRST Christmas Party last December 8. Yay! *throws confetti* I can't believe it's only been a year! I love how the party was all about remembering what Christmas is all about. Remember the reason for this season!

Christmas Party with Family Friends

I've known them literally all my life - from drinking milk to Jack Daniels. Haha! Our parents have been friends since they were in College (or during their early 20s) and I just admire how strong their friendship is.
